– Most of us have busy lifestyles, and it is very easy to forget or decide to skip the time you would want to work on your skin. One thing that can make it easy to stick to your program is to create a reminder of a dedicate time for your skin care. It is easy to brush things off if you have not planned for them, or written them down. But if you want to make it work, create a constant reminder of when you need to start your routine.
3- Start with the Basics
– It is not easy to stick to the habit of skin care; especially if you want to start with an extensive skin care program. Start with a few basic cleansing, moisturizing and toning things instead of starting with lots of steps. Once that step is done, you can add other steps down the road when you have formed a good foundation in sticking to your routine.

4- Dispose of What You Don’t Use
– It is normal to create a large collection of beauty products, but the sad bit is that we don’t use most of them most of the time. Why do you need to have them on your table? When you have lots of beauty products, you can feel overwhelmed with the whole process; you won’t be excited to even start your routine.
– To avoid this habit, go through all your cosmetic products and dispose of anything that is not in use. Remove what is taking up space and only remain with the skin care products that you are using.
5- Create a Fun Space
– Just like anything, you need to create a great environment that you can work in. If your working area is not organized or well lit, it is easy to avoid getting to threat area. So, when its time for your skin care routine, ensure that your space is well planned, it is organized, clean and you can even add some accessories to lighten up the place. You can play some music in the background as you enjoy the process each time.

6- Make Wipes and Cotton Balls When Accessible
– Firstly, you need to be aware of the importance of having transparent containers to store some of your skincare products; This is to help you know what you have. Additionally, clear containers tend to make you use the products.

– Having your tools of the trade in accessible clear bottles also minimizes the chances of other products blocking you from seeing the contents in the container, especially in the days you are too lazy to get through a routine.
7- Trick Yourself if You Get Tired
– If today you feel disinterested carrying out your routine, you can trick yourself in several ways. For instance, you can tell yourself that you are only going to remove the makeup. Put some music in the background, and once you have started the process and you have ticked each box of the steps listed above, you will find it really easy to go through the other steps.
